These terms apply to your use of sequentsystems.co, the chat on it, our booking calendar and the text messages we send. Sequent Systems is run by Vlad Dibrova from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. By using the site or giving us your phone number, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site describes the marketing systems we build for home service contractors. Prices and features shown are for information and can change. When you become a client, the proposal or agreement you accept sets out what we deliver, what you pay and how either side can end it. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Sequent Systems sends text messages to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive texts, for example by ticking the consent box in our chat.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The phone number you give us must be yours, or you must have permission from its account holder.

Calls are booked through Calendly, and its own terms also apply. Please give accurate details and let us know if you can’t make it.
Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to break into or overload it, no copying it in bulk, no submitting false details or someone else’s, and nothing unlawful.
The text, design, images, logos and code on this site belong to Sequent Systems or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to read the site and share links to it, but you can’t copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.
The site uses tools from other companies, such as HighLevel for chat and Calendly for booking, and may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Results described on the site, such as leads, reviews or businesses served, reflect past work and are not a promise of what you will get.
To the extent the law allows, Sequent Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the chat or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Manitoba, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the updated version.
