Sequent Systems builds marketing systems for home service contractors. It is run by Vlad Dibrova from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This policy covers sequentsystems.co, the chat on it, our booking calendar and the text messages we send. Questions about it can go to vlad@sequentsystems.co.
If you become a client, we also hold the account and business details needed to run your systems.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you enter your phone number in our chat or on a form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Sequent Systems. These can include replies to your question, appointment reminders, follow-ups and occasional offers about our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

We share information only with the service providers that run the tools behind our site and services, and only so they can do that work:
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. All of the above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is never shared for marketing and only reaches the providers that deliver our messages.
The chat and booking tools on this site use cookies and similar technology to keep a conversation going between pages and to remember your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the chat and calendar may not work properly without them.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you, provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record. If you opt out of texts, we keep a note of that so we don’t message you again.
We use established providers with industry-standard security and limit access to the people who need it. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email vlad@sequentsystems.co and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including under Canada’s PIPEDA or US state privacy laws, you may have further rights, and we will honour them.
Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
